United Bank Names New VP Of Finance

Bozena Dabek of Easthampton has joined West Springfield-based United Bank as vice president of finance, according to Richard B. Collins, president and CEO of the bank.

Bozena was previously assistant vice president with MassMutual Retirement Services Finance. She started her financial services career with JP Morgan Chase Investment Bank in New York City, serving most recently as vice president, responsible for general ledger reconciliation and substantiation program management. She began in the company’s internal audit and finance training program in 1992 and was promoted to positions of increased responsibility throughout her 15-year tenure.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pace University and an MBA in finance and international business from New York University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
