Upgrades Planned To Westborough Office Property

Braintree-based Campanelli has named Transwestern RBJ as exclusive leasing agent for 300 Friberg Parkway in Westborough.

Campanelli acquired the 78,455-square-foot building in June for $22.6 million and plans a major capital improvement program to attract new tenants. The renovations will include a new lobby and common areas, upgraded façade, new landscaping and enhanced tenant space.

Located in Westborough Business Park, the building features a pyramid-topped glass entry lobby. Previously occupied by Columbia Gas of Massachusetts, the building is currently fully available.

RBJ’s John Lashar and Paul Leone, partners, along with Vicki Keenan, senior vice president, and Danielle DeMarco, leasing associate, are leasing agents for the property.
