Vantage Builders Inc. has completed work on the first Massachusetts Goldfish Swim School location in Needham.

The 13,000-square-foot warehouse at 45 Fourth Ave. was refitted with a 30-foot by 70-foot gunite pool for the Michigan-based company’s swim lessons and activities. It also includes 12 changing rooms, five full bathrooms, a play area and a viewing area for parents and is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

“We have brought to Massachusetts Goldfish’s unique approach to swim instruction that has already helped thousands of children across the country become confident, safe swimmers.  We are very pleased to see the strong interest in the market and we appreciate Vantage Builders’ efforts in helping us open our doors,” Sarah Kepic, owner of Goldfish Swim School in Needham, said in a statement.

Vantage Builders used designs from Silverman Trykowski Associates Inc. The project team included South Shore Gunite Pools and VAV International Inc.
