Patricia A. Villani has been promoted to senior vice president and general sales manager at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England.
Reporting directly to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage President Rick Loughlin, Villani will work with the company’s regional vice presidents throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine to oversee sales operations and focus on the organization’s growth and business development.
Prior to her new role, Villani served as regional vice president for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Central New England South region, which encompasses 16 sales offices with approximately 800 sales associates serving southeastern Massachusetts.

Villani has extensive experience in real estate sales and management. Over the course of her 33-year real estate career, Villani has served as a sales associate, office manager, broker-owner, regional manager and corporate executive. She began her career as a co-owner of a Hingham residential real estate brokerage firm and went on to manage top-producing offices for the former The DeWolfe Cos. and Coldwell Banker Hunneman. In 2002, Villani joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as the manager of the Hingham office, where she oversaw 70 sales associates and staff.
