Vintage Clothing Store Renews Norwell Lease

Beach Plums, a vintage and used clothing store, has renewed its 2,390-square-foot lease in Norwell.

The store has been located at 293 Washington St. for 17 years, according to a statement.

Bob Fraser of Unicorn Realty served as broker.

"This location and its easy accessibility works very well for me," said Susan Johnson, owner of Beach Plums. "And I’ve enjoyed my relationship with the staff at Unicorn Realty."

"We’re happy to announce our lease renewal with Susan Johnson and look forward to Beach Plums being a tenant for many more years to come," said Brian Murphy, a principal at Unicorn Realty.
