Waddell & Reed Financial Advisors has leased 6,000 square feet at TradeCenter 128 in Woburn.

The company went through a long period of expansion at Cummings Properties’ West Cummings Park campus, before moving to the Route 128 location, according to a statement.

According to Pat Briand of Waddell & Reed, as the financial company’s business expanded over the years, Cummings Properties was resourceful in accommodating its growth by making additional office space available within the building.

"We take pride in accommodating the changing needs of an evolving company, and we have the in-house expertise to design and build out custom offices quickly," said Lelani Loder, a Cummings Properties leasing/property manager.

In order to help Waddell & Reed meet its corporate requirements, Cummings Properties customized the office space, using specified paint colors and wall and floor coverings.

"We are growing very fast. We needed a new space and, once again, Cummings Properties responded to our needs," Briand said.
