Walden Behavioral Care LLC has signed a lease for 6,663 square feet in Peabody.

The site at Two Corp. Way in Peabody’s Centennial Park will serve as Walden’s newest branch, added to its existing locations in Braintree, Northampton, Waltham and Worcester and South Windsor, Conn. Combined Properties is the building owner and property manager of Centennial Park.

Walden was established in 2003 to help women, men and adolescents find individualized treatment options for eating disorders.

"We believe that environment is of critical importance to the treatment of our patients," Stuart Koman, president and CEO of Walden, said in a statement. "Our spaces offer bright colors, an abundance of natural light and many quiet areas so that we can provide patients plenty of privacy and help them feel comfortable and safe."

Matt Harvey, principal, and Joseph Doyle, principal, of Cresa Boston represented Walden in the transaction. Greg Regazzini, vice president and director of leasing for Combined Properties, represented the landlord.
