Walden Wellness has leased 5,000 square feet of office space at 144 North Road in Sudbury.

Walden Wellness, expected to open its doors in October, will offer yoga, massage, acupuncture, nutrition services, and personal training and coaching. The green space at 144 North Road will also allow the wellness center to offer outdoor fitness programs.

Kevin Hunt, owner of the new wellness center, worked directly with Cummings Properties leasing agent Rich Canzano throughout the search and design process.

Hunt appreciates the building’s energy efficient design and construction, which result in lower utility costs and improved air quality and lighting. "The environment is important to us, and so the building’s LEED construction was a big draw."
