Danielle Walsh has joined Needham Bank as assistant vice president/controller within the accounting department.
In this role, Walsh supervises the bank’s accounting functions, including establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, procedures and initiatives.
Walsh brings more than 12 years of banking industry experience to her post. Prior to joining Needham Bank, she was with South Coastal Bank in Rockland for seven years, most recently as vice president and treasurer/controller. She also worked for Wolf & Co. P.C. in Boston for two years as an auditor.
A graduate of Salve Regina University with a bachelor’s degree in business management, Walsh also received a master’s degree in accounting from her undergraduate alma mater.
She is a member of Financial Managers Society and the Randolph Elks.
Walsh lives in Mansfield with her husband Matt and two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf and activities with her family.
