Keltron Corp., a manufacturer of life safety event management systems, has leased 15,000 square feet for the company’s corporate headquarters at 101a First Ave. in Waltham.

The company leased office and R&D space on the building’s first and second floors. Keltron is moving from the Waltham Watch Factory at 241 Crescent St. in Waltham, where it had been located for the past 50 years, according to a statement.

Jon Varholak, Ron Friedman and Brian Cohen of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners LLC (RBJ&P) represented Keltron Corp. in the transaction. The building’s landlord, IRG Waltham Limited Partnership, was represented internally.
