Waltham-based Copy Makers Inc. has bought 29 Chestnut Street in Worcester for $260,000.

The 5,400-sqare-foot, Victorian-style office building, was previously owned by Richard Eid and Richard Eid Jr. It is partially occupied by The Bridge, a social services agency. The Bridge will remain as a tenant in the building.

Copy Makers provides printing and photocopying services for commercial clients in Boston and the surrounding area. The purchase accommodates expansion plans., according to a statement.

Mark Johns of Glickman Kovago & Co. represented all parties in the transaction.
