Calare Properties has acquired a 94,268-square-foot mixed-used facility in Watertown for $11 million.

Calare Properties purchased the property at 20 Seyon St. from Hilco Real Estate, which acquired the vacant building in late 2013 and initiated a capital improvement and lease up campaign with assistance from CBRE/New England.

Building tenants include high-end clothing retailer Saks Fifth Avenue and Launch Trampoline Park, which was co-founded by former New England Patriots cornerback Ty Law. It is 100 percent leased.

CBRE/New England’s Chris Angelone, Bill Moylan, John Meador and Bruce Lusa represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.

"We are pleased to have assisted both parties in this transaction," Moylan said in a statement. "Hilco improved the well-located asset in a short amount of time. The building offers exceptional long-term use and flexibility, and we expect Calare Properties to benefit from the continued transformation of the surrounding Pleasant Street corridor."
