Weber Restaurant Group Signs Lease With Nordblom Co. In Burlington

Burlington-based Nordblom Co. announced today that it has completed an 8,500-square-foot lease with Webber Restaurant Group at 3rd Ave in Burlington. Located just off of Middlesex Turnpike, 3rd Ave is the dining and entertainment heart of the 4.6 million square foot Northwest Park mixed-use redevelopment.

The 3rd Ave retail walking street will be anchored by Wegmans and KINGS Bowl.

"We are excited to welcome Webber Restaurant Group to 3rd Ave," Douglas Wynyard, senior vice president for Nordblom Co., said in a statement. "This group has an excellent track record of executing sophisticated restaurant concepts and the Burlington market is anxiously awaiting the arrival of The Bancroft, Webber’s high-end steakhouse, at the gateway of the 3rd Ave development."

The Webber Restaurant Group owns the Gibbet Hill Grill in Groton, the Scarlet Oak Tavern in Hingham and Fireside Catering in Burlington. The Bancroft will be the Webbers’ interpretation of a high-end steakhouse.
