Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England has named Anne A. Webster sales manager of the company’s Beverly office.
Webster will be responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations of approximately 35 sales associates serving Beverly, Danvers, Hamilton, Wenham and the surrounding North Shore communities.
With 14 years of experience in the residential real estate industry, Webster joins Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage after serving as general manager of the Andover office of ERA Home & Family Real Estate.
"Anne has extensive experience in real estate and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Beverly office. Her energy, enthusiasm and professionalism will lead the Beverly office to achieve even greater success," Pat Villani, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, said in a statement.
Before becoming a real estate professional, Webster had a distinguished military career. She served in the United States Army from 1991 to 1998, most recently as company commander at the Martin Army Community Hospital in Fort Benning, Georgia. Prior to that, she served as the executive office of the Fort Benning Dental Clinics in Georgia, where she was responsible for directing the operations of five dental clinics.
She earned a Master of Science in human resources from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Science in education from State University of New York in Cortland.
