With the coronavirus spreading slowly throughout Greater Boston, many residents are stocking up on extra food and hand sanitizer. Some are even avoiding going out in public over fear of contracting the disease.

But many more are going about their lives as normal, and public officials continue to stress the risk to the general population is low.

While many questions remain about the spread of COVID-19, the disease caused by the virus, with the spring homebuying market around the corner it’s an open question how much of an impact the situation will have. What do you think?
