Cambridge Bancorp and Wellesley Bancorp have approved quarterly dividends.
Cambridge Bancorp. has declared a dividend of 42 cents per share, payable Dec. 30 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 10.
Wellesley Bancorp’s board of directors announced it will pay a cash dividend of 0.025 cents per common share on Dec. 17 to stockholders of record at the end of day Dec. 3.
