National Development has acquired a West Roxbury apartment complex from Edward A Fish Associates of Wellesley for $41.8 million.

The 108,661-square-foot Oak Row complex at 1235-1237 VFW Parkway was completed in August 2018 and contains 80 apartments and 126 parking spaces on a former IHOP site spanning 1.8 acres at 1235-1237 VFW Parkway.

The complex promotes pet-friendly living with resort-style amenities and lists two-bedroom units starting at $3,225 a month, according to Apartments.com.
