NAI Hunneman has brokered the sale of a 36-unit apartment building in Westborough, known as Yarmouth House, for $2.6 million.

The building includes one studio, 23 one-bedroom units and 12 two-bedroom units. Many of the units were remodeled in the last four years and common hallways were redone approximately three years ago, according to a statement.

NAI Hunneman’s Carl Christie, executive vice president and principal, and Dan McGee, sales associate, represented the seller, 15 Willow Street LLC, in the transaction and procured the buyer, 15 Willow Westboro LLC.

"We’re very pleased to close this sale on behalf our client," said Christie. "Yarmouth House is a great asset and offers upside potential for the new buyer."

Built in 1969 and located at 15 Willow St., Yarmouth House sits on a 45,459-square-foot site in Westborough center.
