ZRG Partners, an employee search firm based in Westborough, has been granted a patent for an automated interview management and hiring decision system.

Called CollaboRATE by the company, the system is designed to reduce "the risk inherent in hiring talent," reduce costs and shorten hiring time.

The system also generates data on who to hire and identifies who within an organization really contributes to hiring top talent, the company said in a statement.

The company said it will spin off the CollaboRATE system into a stand-alone business called Collaborate Talent Solutions while ZRG will offer the program as software as a service.
