Westfield Bank celebrated the opening of its second banking center in Enfield, Connecticut at 47 Palomba Drive with a ribbon cutting on Dec. 11, 2014.
Massachusetts-based Westfield Bank recently opened a second Connecticut location on Palomba Drive in Enfield.
President and CEO James C. Hagan joined the bank’s directors and senior officers, along with Michael Webber, president of the North Central Connecticut Chamber of Commerce and other members of the Enfield business community, in cutting the ribbon on Dec. 11.
“We are excited to continue our growth in the northern Connecticut market and are very pleased to be a part of the Enfield community,” Hagan said in a statement.
The branch at 47 Palomba Dr. will be the bank’s 13th location in total and its second in Connecticut. In June 2013, Westfield Bank established a branch in Granby. The new Enfield site will feature full banking services, including commercial and residential lending, a small business specialist and a financial adviser, Hagan said. The bank also announced earlier this year its intentions to move its middle market and commercial real estate lending team to downtown Springfield.
“We continue to feel our product set, investment in technology and our experienced banking team are a perfect fit for this area,” he said. “We have a lot to offer consumers, small businesses and larger commercial businesses.”
