William Raveis has relocated and renovated its Wellesley and Lexington offices to further increase exposure and upgrade its facilities.
The Wellesley office has been moved to what was the former Ann Taylor space at 73 Central St. The Lexington office has been expanded at 1713 Massachusetts Ave. with significantly larger window space that will be used for property showcasing. Both of these locations offer William Raveis more street frontage than any other real estate firm in these prime areas of each town, according to a statement.
"We believe that the Wellesley and Lexington expansions reinforce our commitment to the local communities we serve and demonstrates our willingness to reinvest in order to continue our aggressive growth plan," said Chris Raveis, executive vice president and managing partner of William Raveis Massachusetts. "Equally important in establishing these new storefronts is to provide significant awareness of the William Raveis brand in local communities, as well as provide our sales associates with a comfortable, tech-savvy work environment that is unparalleled."
Earlier this year, the company added new Boston storefront locations in Back Bay and South End and expanded on Cape Cod into Provincetown.
