William Raveis Real Estate has formed a partnership with Nantucket’s Jordan Real Estate to create Jordan/William Raveis Real Estate.

David Callahan and Gloria Grimshaw, brokers/owners of Jordan/William Raveis Real Estate, have a combined 60 years of real estate experience in sales and management, according to a statement. Grimshaw worked with Lucille Jordan Assoc. for 25 years as a broker, and Callahan was a broker and office manager for the same company for 15 years. Callahan and Grimshaw purchased Lucille Jordan Assoc. in 2007.

"The company’s exceptional reputation is a huge attraction for us," said Callahan.

Grimshaw added: "We affiliated with William Raveis to enhance and advance our office technology, provide our agents with additional training and tools and to broaden our contacts through the expansive Raveis network all in order to increase business and grow our company."

Jordan/William Raveis Real Estate is the 24th William Raveis location in Massachusetts and the ninth office to become a part of The William Raveis Affiliates network.
