Ronald D. Wiltshire Jr. of Andover has joined Northern Bank & Trust Co. as an assistant vice president and residential loan officer.

Wiltshire, who has 15 years of experience in mortgage banking, held previous positions with Mt. Washington Bank and Wainwright Bank, as well as earlier sales roles with both Fannie Mae and Sallie Mae.

He is a graduate of the New England College of Business and Finance, and specializes in conventional, FHA, MassHousing, jumbo and condominium lending.
