Sarah Winderlin, a full-time real estate agent on the North Shore, has joined J Barrett & Co. in its Ipswich office.

Winderlin has a real estate business background that includes renovating and selling multifamily and antique homes, according to a statement.

"I practically grew up in the real estate industry," said Winderlin, who began her career helping her father manage and renovate multifamily homes. "But real estate is not just about houses-it’s really a ‘people’ business and I like working with people."
