Maryann Bogart, Tracey Hartford, Henry Linscott, Tim Corbett and John Merchant have all recently joined Manchester-based Windover Construction.
Bogart, who has more than over 27 years experience in financial management in the construction industry, has been named director of construction accounting and system process, according to a statement. She is a member of the Construction Financial Management and National Notary associations.
Hartford has been named director of business development. She comes to Windover after nine years in a similar role at Berry where she specialized in educational construction projects. She is a member of the International Facility Managers Association.
Linscott has joined Windover Construction’s customer service group. A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, Linscott received his bachelor’s in civil engineering from San Diego State University.
Corbett has been named assistant superintendent. He has a bachelor’s in architecture from Norwich University.
Merchant, named superintendent, joins Windover Construction with more than 12 years experience in supervising large-scale commercial construction projects in the research, healthcare and education markets. He earned his bachelor’s in environmental science from Salem State University.
