Windover Construction, based in Manchester-by-the-Sea, has added three new employees.

Peter Aubry has been named manager of employee development. He spent the last 17 years as trainer and product development manager at Project Adventure.

Matt Luedke joins the company as a project manager. He recently worked with Shawmut Design and Construction, where he managed several major construction projects at Harvard University. At Windover, Luedke will be responsible for material procurement, budgets, completing and reviewing all work with the project team and overseeing cost controls for projects. 

Joel McCarthy has been hired as project executive. Like Luedke, he comes to Windover Construction from Shawmut Design and Construction where he managed more than $200 million of construction projects. At Windover, he will oversee all aspects of the process including assigning and managing the project management team, formulating budgets and monitoring costs.
