Arborway Imports, a wine distributor, has leased 10,600 square feet at 141 Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington.

The wine distributor decided on the Burlington space because of its highway access, proximity to its current Arlington space and the competitive terms put forth by the landlord, The Berman Co., according to a statement.

Boston-based Lincoln Property Co. (LPC) represented the tenant and the landlord in the lease transaction.

"The Berman Co. and Arborway Imports worked very well together in pulling together this lease agreement," said Rob Cronin, vice president of Lincoln Property Co. "In the end, it was a great fit for both parties and LPC appreciates the chance to have worked with them both."
