WinnResidential, the property management arm of WinnCompanies, announced that it has taken over all management responsibilities at the Chelsea Place apartment community in Chelsea.

Chelsea Place is a mid-rise apartment community with 56 market-rate units totaling 50,912 square feet. Designed to LEED Silver standards, the units offer stainless steel Energy Star appliances, individual heat and air conditioning controls and built in cable.

Previously at zero occupancy, the WinnResidential team leased more than half of the units within one month of assuming responsibility. Today, Chelsea Place is 100-percent leased.
