Winter Hill Bank has promoted two of its staff to executive positions.

Heather LeBlanc has been promoted to vice president of retail operations, and Kevin J. Gatlin has been promoted to senior vice president of commercial lending.

LeBlanc has been with the bank since 2000.

"During the past decade, Winter Hill Bank has experienced dramatic growth in our operations department and Heather LeBlanc played a significant role in that success. This promotion is clear validation of her contributions  and accomplishments on behalf of the bank," Sandra L. McGoldrick, president and CEO of Winter Hill Bank, said in a statement.

Gatlin has been with the bank since 1998.

"Kevin Gatlin has been a valuable contributor to the success of the bank’s construction and commercial lending division. As Winter Hill Bank continues to expand in those areas, Kevin remains a leading service provider to our customers. As a member of the bank’s Senior Management Team, he will be a contributor to the bank’s ongoing strategic planning," added McGoldrick.
