FundQuest Inc., an online wealth management vendor for financial institutions, has subleased 12,572 square feet at One Winthrop Square in Boston to Brafton Inc., a content provider and internet marketing firm.
According to a statement, the sublease will allow FundQuest to remain on the balance of the floor while retaining the flexibility to sublease further in the future.
David L. Richardson and Garrett Larivee of McCall & Almy provided tenant representation for FundQuest. Brendan Miller and Mike Edward of Lincoln Property Co. represented the subtenant, Brafton Inc.
"This solution works well for all parties," said Larivee, vice president at McCall & Almy. "FundQuest was able to right size its space for improved operations in the U.S. and Brafton, Inc. realized a prime downtown location for its staff journalists and internet marketing consultants. Both companies have suitable space for their immediate growth and stability."
