A 17,901-square-foot lease signed by turbine manufacturer Barbour Stockwell has brought 45 Sixth Road in Woburn to full occupancy.

David Gilkie, senior vice president at NAI Hunneman, represented the landlord, Woburn Group. The 100,000-square-foot office and industrial property is now 100 percent occupied.

Built in 1983 on a 4.75-acre lot, the building is in the Woburn Industrial Park. Barbour Stockwell was founded in 1858 and is currently a high-speed spin test turbine manufacturer. Throughout its history, the company has been involved in the design, development and manufacture of special machinery for unusual applications. James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the tenant.
