The property at 71 Pullman St. sits on almost 1 acre of land. Current tenant NAPA Auto Parts occupies 5,000 square feet of space. The remaining 5,000 square feet will become Worcester’s second Anytime Fitness location.
David V. Cohen, of Glickman Kovago and Co., represented the buyer, 71 Pullman St LLC, and the seller, Pullman St LLC, in the transaction.
