Seven Hills Foundation, a support and services group for individuals with disabilities and life challenges, has purchased a 42,000-square-foot building in Worcester for $1.9 million.

Peter Kovago and Jeffrey Borus, of Glickman Kovago & Co., represented the owner in the sale of 150 Goddard Memorial Drive. The property, which sits on 4 acres of land, was formerly the home of Heinrich Ceramic Decal Inc. The company, which served the glass and ceramics industries as a supplier of decals since 1980, recently closed its doors.

Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the buyer. Seven Hills Foundation currently offers programming at 180 locations throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and employs more than 3,500 professionals.
