Worcester CrossingRK Centers has acquired Worcester Crossing for $49 million.

The 386,853-square-foot retail center is 100 percent leased and is anchored by Walmart, Sam’s Club and Olive Garden. Built on a 44-acre former brownfield industrial park site, the center opened in 2012.

Cushman and Wakefield’s Rob Griffin, Geoffrey Millerd and Justin Smith brokered the transaction on behalf of seller Madison Properties and acquired the buyer.
