Seven Hills Family Services Inc., a Worcester-based non-profit organization that trains and works with disabled adults, has purchased an 8,100-square-foot facility at 83 Cedar St. in Milford for $1.125 million.
Marlene Aron, senior broker of Framingham-based Metrowest Commercial RE, represented the seller. Paul Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the buyer.
In a statement, Aron said Seven Hills chose the site because of "its location, pristine condition and parking." She said she closed on the sale 72 days after listing the property in August.
