Stafford Station Shopping CenterA 45,000-square-foot shopping center in Worcester has been sold for $3.55 million.

The Stafford Station shopping center, which consists of retail and office space, was sold by 120 Stafford Street Limited Partnership to 120S LLC.

John M. Peckham III, founder of Boston based Peckham Boston Advisors, brokered the sale with Leon Resnick of Worcester.
