Technology Learning Center of Worcester has purchased the office building at11 Buffum Dam Road in Oxford for $600,000. 

The 8,000-square-foot office building sits on 10 acres approximately two miles from Interstate 395.

American Polymers Inc. sold the property to Technology Learning Center, which provides education in steam engineering training, boiler training and industrial training for mechanical and electrical equipment. The education center is relocating from Worcester.

James Glickman, a Principal at Glickman Kovago & Co., handled the transaction.
