Bay State Savings Bank in Worcester has hired Timothy J. Pigott as vice president and commercial loan officer.
Pigott, a West Warwick, R.I., resident, will work at the bank’s 30 Franklin St. headquarters.
He was most recently a senior vice president at BankNewport in Middletown, R.I.
