Worcester’s 274 Franklin To Be Redeveloped Into Retail Space

274 Franklin St., Worcester Gianni Romeo, the new owner of a 12,490-square-foot industrial building at 274 Franklin St. in Worcester, has plans to redevelop the property into retail and office space.

Romeo bought the property from Marlene Sigel for $175,000. The property was assessed at $297,500 in 2009, according to information from The Warren Group, Banker & Tradesman’s parent company. Romeo took out a $180,250 mortage on the property this year, loaned by an individual named Trunfio Vincent, according to The Warren Group data.

James Glickman, principal at Worcester-based Glickman Kovago & Co., represented the seller.
