Xtralis, an Irish manufacturer of early detection safety and security products, has leased the second floor of a 31,000 square-foot building at 175 Bodwell St. in Avon, in the Avon Industrial Park.
Michael Olson, broker at Quincy-based The Grossman Co. Inc., of Quincy, represented both the tenant, Xtralis, and the landlord, i-Web Finishing Systems. i-Web occupies the first floor.
