Memphis, Tenn.-based nonprofit youth counseling group Youth Villages has leased 3,336 square feet of office space at 324 Grove St. in Worcester.
Youth Villages is expanding to the Worcester area. They are currently located in Woburn.
David Cohen, vice president at Glickman Kovago & Co., represented the tenant and the landlord, Cutler Management of Worcester, in the transaction.
