Zipcar has relocated its corporate headquarters to South Boston from Cambridge.

The company now occupies 46,000 square feet at 35 Thomson Place. The new space is 11,000 square feet larger than its former Cambridge location at 25 First St.

Cresa Boston, led by Principal Michael Labonte and Senior Advisor Barbara Rodi Dadasis, managed the build-out and project management services for the move. Cresa Boston Principals Chris Crooks, Adam Subber and Dan Sullivan provided transaction management services.

The project team included Margulies Perruzzi Architects (MPA), led by Janet Morra, for architectural services; Wise Construction, led by Tom Healy, for pre-construction and construction management services; and W.B. Engineers, led by Dan Moody, for engineering services. 

Crosspoint Assoc. Inc. is the property manager of the building.
