ZOLL Medical Corp., a medical products and software solutions company, has renewed its 220,000-square-foot lease at Chelmsford’s Quorum Office Park located at 269 – 271 Mill Road.

ZOLL also signed a 40,000-square foot lease expansion, according to a statement.

FHO Partners’ Michael Dalton and Brian Hines represented ZOLL in the transaction, according to a statement. The landlord, Boston Properties, was represented internally by Vice President Stacey Baker.

"Quorum Office Park provided the excellent location and amenities we needed to position ZOLL Medical for success and growth during the term of our first lease," said Michael Cole, vice president of operations. "Thanks to our team at FHO Partners and our landlord Boston Properties for facilitating a lease agreement that positions us for success for years to come."

Quorum Office Park is a Class-A, 259,918-square-foot research and development facility that sits on 26 acres.
