A Lexington hotel management company is expanding its portfolio with the $10.7 million acquisition of a 128-room Cape Cod Hotel.

Jamsan Hotel Management acquired the Bayside Resort Hotel in Yarmouth. The purchase price equates to nearly $84,000 per room, and is more than double the $4.9 million that seller AMS Properties LLC of West Yarmouth paid in 2012.

Lexington-based Jamsan Hotel Management will be the management company, according to an announcement by brokerage JLL.

Jamsan Hotel Management owns and manages hotels, medical and retail properties throughout the Northeast.

The 54,872-square-foot Yarmouth hotel was originally completed in 1975, according to Yarmouth assessors’ records. Located on a 4-acre property, it includes indoor and outdoor pools and over 2,300 square feet of meeting space.

JLL Managing Director Alan Suzuki, Senior Director Matthew Enright and Analyst Emily Zhang represented the sellers.
