$25M Team Joins Jack Conway

Hanover-based independent residential real estate brokerage Jack Conway is celebrating a new addition to its ranks: Hanover real estate agent Mike Guimares and his team.

The company announced The Guimares Group had affiliated with it on Wednesday, saying Guimares “will be an asset to the Jack Conway team.”

Also based in Hanover, Guimares had $25 million in sales volume last year, Jack Conway said. According to The Guimares Group’s website, it specializes in new-build homes.

Guimares was previously affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Robert Paul Properties, according to his team’s website and social media presence.

In a statement provided by Jack Conway, Guimares said his goal with shifting his affiliation was to “make a difference by helping others in this industry, contributing to Jack Conway’s growth goals and growing my own business.”
