The Grossman Cos. has completed a $300,000 renovation to an office building in Rockland.
Renovations to the 60,000-square-foot building at 1099 Hingham St. included remodeling three lobbies and four bathrooms as well as new lighting, flooring, furniture and artwork for the revamped common areas.
The project was overseen by Grossman Property Manager Greg Atteridge and designed by Beth Smithson of New Hampshire-based TMD Designs LLC. The construction manager was Callahan / Hoffman of Norwell. New artwork for common areas was chosen by Judy Posner.
