A Palm Beach-based investment firm has bought 5 Channel Center St., a 52,000-square-foot building near Gillette’s Boston factory.
An LLC that shares an address with real estate investment management firm Westbrook Partners bought the Fort Point property for $26 million.
The 6-story office/industrial building is assessed at $7.26 million, according to city land records.
