Joule Unlimited Inc., a producer of renewable fuels from sunlight and waste CO2, has leased 7,000 square feet of lab space at 1-B Gill St. in Woburn.

The lease will supplement the company’s current headquarters in Cambridge, according to a statement.

"We have a long history of catering to biotech firms of all sizes and with a variety of space needs," said Cummings Properties’ Robb LaBossiere, who worked directly with Joule on the lease. "If we don’t have a fully built-out lab appropriate for a client, then our in-house design and construction departments have the expertise to build out a custom facility."
