Cresa Boston, which specializes in tenant representation in commercial and industrial transactions, has launched a new South Shore market team.

Led by Principal Christopher Crooks and advisor Elizabeth Geary, the team will provide tenant services for organizations along the Routes 3, 24 and 128 South regions. Cresa recently represented local companies including KIT Zeller’s 32,000 square-foot lease at 38 Forge Parkway in Franklin, Larson Allen’s move to 300 Crown Colony Drive in Quincy and G-Force Shipping’s lease at 2 Heritage Drive in Quincy.

“The South Shore is becoming a more attractive, lower-cost alternative to Boston and Cambridge, and Quincy in particular is becoming a choice destination due to its ongoing resurgence,” Geary said in a statement.

Crooks has worked in the South Shore market for nearly 22 years. Geary is a 2008 Boston College graduate and a volunteer at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth.
