TRIAD Engineering has relocated from Burlington and leased space in Lynnfield.

The engineering staffing agency will occupy 2,644 square feet at a class A location at 6 Kimball Lane. There is a 5 percent vacancy rate in the building.

Tim Brodigan, Greg Klemmer, Rob Glor and Dan Driscoll of Colliers International, Boston represented the landlord, Atlantic Tambone. Mike McCarthy of Avison Young represented TRIAD in the transaction.
